JobPath participants have a high completion rate and our graduates significantly increase their salaries. Results include the following:
- The average JobPath participant’s wages increased by 80% after completion of the program
- Of the 454 JobPath graduates, 245 or 54% completed programs in allied healthcare – 91 were registered nurses (RN) and 31 were Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN).
- The average hourly wages before and after training for some of JobPath graduates include: radiology students $7.20 before training, $15.98 after training; nursing students $8.53 before training, $20.00 after training; dental hygiene students $9.39 before training, $30.27 after training.
- 85% of participants successfully completed their training or education program.
- 95% of participants in allied health training programs successfully completed their training/education program.
- By the end of fiscal year 2004-2005, 32,838 hours of community service had been completed by JobPath participants.
