About Us

Who JobPath Serves

JobPath provides assistance to low income adults in job training programs. The average JobPath participant is a 30-year-old female, with a high school diploma or a GED, making less than $17,000 a year. Over 50 percent of JobPath participants are minority.

JobPath serves employers. Working closely with employers assures that participants are trained for jobs that employers need filled.

JobPath serves educational institutions. Retention levels are higher with students who are in JobPath because of the support they are receiving.

JobPath serves the community. According to an updated analysis by Applied Economics, JobPath has created an economic impact of $16.1 million on the Pima County economy over the last three years: "On average, graduates of JobPath  experience wage increases of $27,100 per person over pre-training wages." The JobPath program also resulted in an annual decrease of $678,000 in public assistance program expenditures in our community.
