JobPath provides assistance to low income adults in job training programs. The average JobPath participant is a 30-year-old female, with a high school diploma or a GED, making less than $17,000 a year. Over 50 percent of JobPath participants are minority.
JobPath serves employers. Working closely with employers assures that participants are trained for jobs that employers need filled.
JobPath serves educational institutions. Retention levels are higher with students who are in JobPath because of the support they are receiving.
JobPath serves the community. On average, graduating participants are making $40,000 per year. The families are able to improve their quality of life.
