About Us

What JobPath Does

JobPath recruits and supports individuals in education and training programs which allow them to significantly increase their income and help address the workforce shortages in Arizona. JobPath recruits individuals who are likely to succeed, conducts individual assessments of each participant, provides case management services, facilitates peer support groups and provides financial assistance. Participants receive financial assistance helping to cover costs of tuition, books, uniforms, and gas cards. JobPath continues to provide support to graduates up to two years after graduation.

Eligibility Requirements

To enroll with JobPath, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be legally able to work in the US
• Have a high school diploma or GED (except for Entry Level programs)
• Be a Pima County resident for at least one year
• After completing the program, be willing to work hard at a full-time living wage job

The Job Path Process

• Attend a JobPath Orientation held every Tuesday at 11:00 am and                          every Thursday at 4:00 pm
• Complete the JobPath application forms
• Meet with one of the JobPath counselors to determine if you financially qualify, if you are accepted and to begin planning your training.
