"A knowledge-based economy, driven by a knowledgeable workforce, goes hand-in-hand with an economy more and more dependent on Arizona's emerging 'research enterprises.' The partnership between JobPath and Pima Community College to train today's students for tomorrow's biotech jobs will significantly impact our ability as a state to compete."

Welcome to JobPath

JobPath was created in 1998 to meet an urgent community need for job training programs in Tucson, Arizona and Pima County. Many adults were underemployed and working two and three minimum wage jobs to support themselves and their families. Businesses were struggling to find highly skilled employees to meet their workforce needs.

JobPath provides qualified, skilled and highly motivated workers for the broad-based Tucson and Pima County job market. In addition to education and training, JobPath creates individualized training strategies and provides financial assistance, case management and counseling, and post-placement support services. JobPath generates exceptionally high outcomes, notably in education completion rates and wage increases averaging 80% after training.
